Who we support – adults

Supporting Adults Through Boxing: Coming Soon!

We believe the transformative power of boxing extends to adults from all walks of life. Our initiatives are designed to create safe spaces where men and women can address mental health challenges and promote overall well-being through boxing activities. We provide support for individuals recovering from drug and alcohol dependency, integrating physical fitness with mental health to foster holistic recovery.

Our programmes cater to individuals with physical disabilities and special educational needs, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit from the empowering aspects of boxing. We strive to create inclusive environments for those affected by domestic abuse, veterans seeking community, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, where each person feels safe, respected, and encouraged to unlock their potential. Through these initiatives, we aim to build resilience and solidarity, helping adults lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

If you’re a local community group, or organisation interested in our community initiatives, we’d love to hear from you! Please reach out to us at bookings@bbch.org.uk.

All our adult initiatives will be listed on our website when they are running. Stay tuned for updates!
