Learn To Box

Our Beginners sessions cater to those looking to learn the basics for fitness, as well as individuals interested in starting their journey towards competing in amateur boxing. Members will learn boxing fundamental including stance, footwork, and punching techniques using pads and bags. Our dedicated coaches also incorporate conditioning exercises designed to enhance strength and agility, providing a well-rounded approach to boxing training.

Sessions are non-contact, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for skill development. Sparring opportunities are available for those who are ready to compete and move to the advanced group, allowing members to apply their skills in controlled and supervised settings.

Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to take your skills to the next level, our beginners sessions offer a supportive environment where you can learn and grow at your own pace.

Membership

We’re dedicated to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate in our sessions, regardless of financial constraints. That’s why we offer both free and subsidised pay-as-you-go options for these sessions.

For families and individuals facing financial difficulty, including low-income families and those entitled to free school meals, it is free to attend. We understand that financial constraints can impact participation, so at our hub, no one should have to miss out on a session due to financial circumstances, whether short term or long term. If you can’t afford to pay, you don’t have to.
